What is a B4B Prepaid Mastercard®?
A B4B Prepaid Mastercard looks and feels like a debit or credit card, but like a PAYG phone, it needs to be loaded with funds before it can be used. There is no credit involved and it is not linked to your bank account.
How do I activate my card?
Please register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard. Click on the activate button if your card is not already shown as active.
How do I obtain the PIN?
Please register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard. Click on the activate button if your card is not already shown as active, and then click the display PIN button.
How do I change my PIN?
Most high street ATM providers will allow you to change your PIN at the ATM.
Where can I load it?
You are unable to load the card yourself. Only the company providing you the card can load it.
How soon are funds available?
Immediately. As soon as your card has been loaded you will be able to withdraw cash from an ATM or make a purchase at a shop or online.
I’ve lost my card – what do I do?
If you have lost your card your card it has been stolen then please contact us without undue delay on +44 20 3475 5351 (Europe) or +1 604 200 0554 (Americas) to report it.
Can I check my balance and transactions?
You can view your balance and transactions from the online cardholder portal. Please register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard . Alternatively you can call us on +44 20 3475 5351 (Europe) or +1 604 200 0554 (Americas) to request a balance or query any of your transactions. Local call rates apply.
Where can I spend the funds?
You can spend the card anywhere that accepts Mastercard cards, which is over 35 million locations worldwide. Just look for the Mastercard Acceptance Mark.
